I hope you will pass this on to the appropriate supervisor for Nurse Nancy N. She was in charge of my mother’s care during her last days and I.can’t begin to describe how amazing she was in her concern, her devotion and care for my mother who was not always the easiest person to care for. She was at her bedside almost continuously providing comfort and assurances, making sure my mother was not in pain and that she was getting sufficient oxygen. Frankly, I don’t know how she does this for a living but I am sure she has helped many many people, not just my mother, beyond imagination to a peaceful and comfortable end.
You are very lucky to have her as an employee and her patients are very fortunate to have her care. I hope you can recognize how unique she is.
Very truly yours,
“Just a token gift to express my gratitude for the wonderful care you provided Eddy, I knew you were patient and caring. It meant so much to me to see him well-groomed, warmly clothed and in clean clothes and bathed.“
“We lost grandma eaarly yesterday morning, so I wanted to reach out and personally thank you for all you did for her. As much as she didn’t show it, she really did enjoy her visits with you, “her amiga Tiffany”. I will be eternally grateful on being able to give her some kind of decency these last eight months.“
“I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciate all the help your team has given to us during this difficult time. I want to especially highlight “Angela”, she goes above and beyond for us and is very nice to work with, and thank goodness kind.
I know my family is sometimes difficult, so I have asked them to call me first so we can discuss the issue before calling for help.
Know that we APPRECIATE the patience and assistance of you and all your team.“
